I’m not a doctor but even I can tell the difference between the liver and a spleen. The size difference is blatantly obvious. The color of them are also obvious. Their locations within the body are also incredibly obvious, at least the liver’s location. The liver being the largest internal organ in the body, whereas the spleen is more of a tubular organ holding maybe at best 4-8 ounces of blood depending on size of a person...
