Pine Bluff sounds terrible. My broke son just bought a house near there. It was about 300K. He says the area is quite lovely. The lack of jobs does not concern him as he's never had a job anyway.

300K for a home near Pine Bluff is nuts. He paid a least twice what it was worth. Of course, what it's worth is what someone is willing to pay you. But gee whiz, you could buy all of Pine Bluff for that price.
