Z needs to be locked up—he is dangerous to all children and other living things.

I come to a completely different conclusion: Zelensky is just defending himself. Rather, it is Putin who needs to be locked up (after standing trial before an international tribunal for planning and launching a war of aggression, and various other war crimes)!
