Paul Harrell and Hickok45 in particular opened my eyes a lot.

He, through his videos, influenced several decisions I've made about firearms, and led me to be more vocal about supporting the Second Amendment.

Indeed. There a lot of guntubers/self-proclaimed experts who try to be outrageous, doing all kind of stupid, self-aggrandizing stunts that, IMHO, ultimately reflect poorly on the gun buying public.

Paul was one of the good guys, with a measured, analytical, level-headedness approach to all topics. Loved his meat targets.

Agreed. More people need to emulate that humility. I sure wish there was a straight up cure for pancreatic cancer. It’s taken so many people I can’t count them all. Today is a sad day.

RIP Paul. I have always enjoyed his videos. Sometimes, I disagreed with him but as I grow older and wiser, I’m sure I will concede eventually that he was right.
