I believe it was RFKjr, who said recently that there are about 1000 chemicals permitted in our foods that are not allowed in Europe. I personally know people who can eat things in Europe that they cannot eat in the USA without feeling sick.

I’ve seen and heard the same things. Tell ya what, if there was a safe country over there that I could immigrate to, I’d surely consider it.

RFK Jr. is correct and so are you.

In the EU there is something called an E Number, chemicals approved for use in food. We don’t use that system.

Twice I have heard people from two different countries, Japan and Romania, asking what’s in the food here. They were slim before moving here and now they’re getting fat.

Tucker Carlson had an interview recently that dealt with this issue. It was long but fascinating on how our diets are destroying our health and the health of our children.

I’m sure there are other *factors* involved as well.

Pasta and bread in Italy versus regular pasta and bread here in the USA. It has something to do with gluten in our wheat. Food differences are not just in additives and ultra processed foods, but in what chemicals are permitted during the growing process.
