Actually the Law of Karma is, "The good or evil that you do in this life will come back to you three times, either in this life or in a future life." Karma is a Buddhist concept, and the Buddhists believe in reincarnation.

The famous Chinese curse states it more succinctly: "May you be reborn in interesting times."
