Interestingly it appeared Reuters or some other #FauxNews staged a “rescue” after the attack - supposedly pulled what appeared to be a very young child out *but* from what I saw baby did not have any dirt, dust, blood or anything else on her body and, now that I think about it, wasn’t crying or screaming either.
