I'd bet minority graduation rates will rise as a result.
Enrollment isn't the indicative number. Graduation is. If they enroll unqualified minorities and they don't make it, they've accomplished nothing remedial.

A higher bar for getting into college was keeping the NEA honest. THAT was a long time ago.
Once the bar was lowered to blame racism for lower minority admissions, that covered for the NEA failure
Maybe NOW minorities in America will see how they have been betrayed for so long... and how THEY have themselves kept the Liberals in a position to continue exploiting minority children!
