Tesla, SpaceX and X Corp. leader Elon Musk ramped up his online attacks on Brazilian Supreme Court justice Alexandre de Moraes on Thursday, amid an intensifying political and legal battle between the tech billionaire and his companies, and Brazil’s highest court.

(snip)

On Thursday, reports from G1 Globo in Brazil had revealed that de Moraes had ordered “the freezing of all financial assets” of Musk’s companies in Brazil, including SpaceX-owned Starlink, to “guarantee the payment of fines” the court had levied against X.

My suspicion: Deep State wants control of X and Starlink, but is using proxies in the EU (see: Telgram CEO being arrested) and the installed government in Brazil as the attack vectors.

Seizing it outright would jeopardize their US 'Green Zone', because the public would see it for what it is.

What is Musk doing with seizable assets in that ####hole country? His lawyers should be smarter than that.

It’s like a long game of Monopoly is nearing it’s end and Musk is trying to avoid landing on Deep State’s hotel-laden Boardwalk property.

Sometimes the only way to survive that and keep playing the game is to mortgage the bejeebers out of everything you own.

So shut down both Starlink and X in Brazil. Start with all the government agencies and the leadership of the country.

this attack on musk comes from the same corrupt Brazilian administration led by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva that:

<> was released from prison for corruption
<> conviction annulled by crooked Brazilian Supreme Court judge
<> rigged 2022 election to become el presidente again defeating popular incumbent, Jair Balsonaro (trump ally)
<> “on day one” sicced Brazilian Supreme court to bar Balsonaro from running for re-election until 2030

imo, Musk needs to pull the plug on Brazil’s star link

I thought that too, but then assumed it was monthly payments for Starlink service. I guess the judge doesn’t understand that Musk could always just shut those satellites down.

I doubt he would do that as thats probably the only way people get to hear whats really going on.

The global Deep State wants to control the message.
Notice how CA, Brazil and France all clamped down on anyone with a open message portal at almost the same time.
France -> Teleport
CA -> MSM, Social Media
Brazil -> Starlink

Update...

Starlink
@Starlink

To our customers in Brazil (who may not be able to read this as a result of X being blocked by
@alexandre
):

The Starlink team is doing everything possible to keep you connected.

Following last week’s order from
@alexandre
that froze Starlink’s finances and prevents Starlink from conducting financial transactions in Brazil, we immediately initiated legal proceedings in the Brazilian Supreme Court explaining the gross illegality of this order and asking the Court to unfreeze our assets. Regardless of the illegal treatment of Starlink in freezing of our assets, we are complying with the order to block access to X in Brazil.

We continue to pursue all legal avenues, as are others who agree that
@alexandre
’s recent orders violate the Brazilian constitution.
