Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is facing a powerful defamation lawsuit arising from false claims he made about a Republican election volunteer in his 2021 book “Integrity Counts.” He wrote and published that a video presentation of unsupervised ballot counting at State Farm Arena in Atlanta had been “doctored,” “chopped up,” “cut,” “sliced up,” and “deceptively sliced and edited so that it appeared to show the exact opposite of reality,” allegedly including a “slice of video that had removed the clear evidence” that the law had been followed.

My comment: This is a very good article worth the read.
The more I see of the Republican Party at the state level I am convinced they are just as liberal and just as stupid as their Washington versions.
Kemp and Raffensperger are an embarrassment as Republicans and Americans.
I hope she leaves him only enough money for a small tent.
I hope a GA twister takes his tent out. I’ve been trying to get a GA general contractor’s license through his office for nearly a year. Already licensed in my state, so not a qualification problem, it’s the application process. It sucks. No one, not one soul in his office can answer a question. They return your 50 page application with no explanations and can’t tell you why. When you ask for a supervisor, they are the supervisor. I absolutely despise that man.
Trump lost GA by about 11000 votes. That has never changed since the beginning. Now it’s without a doubt those 11000 votes were absolutely stolen. This same scenerio played out in the other stop and steal states plus AZ.
Brad Raffensperger has been in public office since 2015. When Republicans settle for “the lesser of two evils”, they end up with RINOs like Raffensperger for 20-30 years. It would be better to cut bait and allow an opportunity for an actual conservative to win the next election.
This Republican did the presentation of the repeat ballot scanning done by Ruby and her pal when noone was in the Fulton County Elections in the State Farm Stadium. She did not edit a thing- showed the timeframe and pertinent footage of the scanning of pre-printed ballots. This and many others in this effort to find the steal were very sharp Republicans veterans of election law and process, and included very sharp data experts on the voting machines and the scanners. They followed the trucks with ballots scanned that way (the pre printed ballots which they had a few hundred in hand)— to the Fulton Cty. Sheriff’s office lot where they were burned— they videoed that— and none of it was accepted by GA law— (which is demonrat dominated in many counties, Fulton especially).
They aren't true Republicans, nor do they believe in the traditional values of the original Republican Party. They are power-hungry sell-outs who will flip on anyone and anything if it benefits them politically. Both need to be removed from office, and replaced with people who respect the U.S. Constitution, the laws of the State they represent, and the American citizens that live and pay taxes in the State of Georgia. They've failed the people of Georgia miserably.
Georgia is only 49.6% white.
If the Democrats turn out 100% of their legal voters, Trump will need close to 70% of the white vote to win Georgia.
Massive legal immigration used to be my #1 issue at Free Republic.
I have given up.
A solid majority of Republicans quietly support, or quietly ignore, massive legal immigration.
Political suicide.

Brian Kemp’s office is asking the AG for guidance on whether he has the authority to remove members of the State Election Board. Voting rights groups, Democrats and even some Republicans have raised alarms about the rightwing majority’s recent votes.
