Theft from Goodwill. What have we become?

Almost all theft is not about necessity.
It’s about lack of risk or deterrence.
It’s just like how many panhandlers will tell you they are hungry but get aggravated when you offer them food. The grift, even when it’s as simple as larceny, is a symptom of mental illness. The more sick our government gets, the more sick the lowest and commonest of the populace gets.
As the king goes, so goes the populace. Choose you King wisely... :)
