I’m in Wakulla, Fl. In Crawfordville there’s a small Goodwill outlet. I’ve found some amazing deals. I didn’t buy it, but they had an entire collection of hand-blown glass bottles, some of which were at least two hundred years old. Three bucks apiece. I’ve bought some amazing furniture. I don’t own any “new” furniture. People come in and say, “Wow! Nice decor.”
There appear to be only two types of shoppers. Those who are one step away from homeless and people driving hundred-plus thousand-dollar vehicles.
The average people, economically speaking, apparently shop full retail. They’re not economically literate.
I partially furnished a second home using Good Will. It’s closed now.
