I would like to know if this was a spontaneous decision by President Trump or if he was 'advised' to speak on that day. If so, I would like to know who advised him to speak at that event.

Even in the Dems’ version of the words used, nowhere does Trump say anything about ENTERING the Capital. That is a separate and additional action from “going over to the Capital”.
