I am on a Carnivore diet. No carbs, and mostly meat and animal proteins. I am Type Ii, and I’m doing my best to get and keep my blood glucose levels lowered without medications or insulin shots. It is working, albeit slowly. I’m sticking with it, even though I’ve had to completely cut out stuff I like...including beer.
I’d rather give up stuff I like rater than my sight, my feet, or my life.
