It is my understanding the the Russian military uses telegram extensively for battlefield communication. Thats pathetic. Oh well if it gets shut down maybe that will hasten then end of the war.

People should watch the Durov interview with Tucker. Durov is a no nonsense guy who works hard and plays very little. He doesn't own anything like houses or private jets because they will take time away from his business. His belief in privacy and freedom of speech are so strong that he sold his first company rather than allow the Russian government to sensor it. He based Telegram in Dubai because he was harassed by the FIB and MI6 when he tried to do it in San Francisco and Europe. He told Tucker he will remove calls for violence and other illegal things but not political speech. He ignores requests like he got from the democrats demanding info on Jan 6. This arrest is nothing but an attack on free speech. Elon Musk better not travel to Europe. This is a message directed at him.
