Saddam was going to seize the oil supply in Kuwait. We had no choice but to intervene.

If Dubya wanted to take out Saddam, so be it. Go in Baghdad, then turn it over to one of Saddam's Generals and then leave. We had a bad plan to deal with the occupation.

After 9/11 the right thing to do would have been for Bush to call Saddam and say, "meet us in Riyadh, you can have the royals to do with as you wish, and let's split the oil!"
