I doubt it, but here are some related stats from the census bureau.

“In 1960, the populations of two-thirds of all states included less than 5 percent foreign born (see
Figure 7). Six states (New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and
Hawaii) had 10 percent or more foreign born in their total populations, but no state in 1960 had
15 percent or more foreign born. In 1970, when the number of foreign born reached its lowest
point in the 20th century, 80 percent of all states had less than 5 percent foreign born.
