Putin’s problem he believed his generals and the generals believed their colonels, and the colonels believed their captains and well the buck stops here because they are all corrupt and they know the man at the top does not want to hear bad news and so they all lied.

A little corruption is not going to destroy an organization but when the entire organization is corrupt it becomes a hollow shell just waiting for a strong wind to topple it over.

Ukraine has become that wind.
