Its the insurance version of black zoning. The insurance company suffered a negative cash flow from payouts in a area unrelated to your area, but, dump you to save money. Notify them nicely that you will be changing providers because the new one has a local agent. That way the change of insurance will appear as a business move on your part. That's the way it was 15 years ago when I last dealt with insurance companies.

We just switched to this company 30 days ago. Told they may inspect the property. Then received this bogus “virtual inspection” report. They either used Google streetview or droned the wrong building.

When I asked for photos of the specific areas of concern they refused and told me to send them pictures to refute the report. I don’t think they have pictures other than from Google.
