Does anyone know how to wipe an iPad Mini without resetting the password? This particular device is an earlier model, running iOS 12.5 I want to give this to my daughter so I need to wipe it clean, except for the operating system. It’s got me running around in circles. VERY Frustrating. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Wipe it then put Apple ID back like setting up new ipad

Make sure you’re signed out of iCloud

Go to “Settings”, then “General”, and then “Transfer or Reset iPad”.

Finally, at the bottom you can go to “Reset” or “Erase All Content and Settings”
