In my opinion and experience, Eben Alexander is the biggest fraud of all of them.
I know and like Raymond Moody. While he is not an ND experiencer, he was at UVA when Ian Stevenson chaired the Department of Perceptual Studies. He and I have had several conversations about his research.
Raymond has a PhD in Philosophy before he got before his MD. His depth of knowledge makes him an excellent speaker at conferences.
Another friend of mine, Dr Pim Van Lommel, a cardiologist in Denmark did excellent research on NDE’s that was published in the medical journal Lancet about 25 years ago.
Only about 18% of people who died and had to be resuscitated after cardiac surgery remembered their experience of being out of body per Pim Van Lommel’s NDE research.
Thanks for this info. I am far, far from an expert; other than my own two experiences, and having read Raymond Moody’s book.
