The Ukrainians deployed that thing, an American expat, to threaten those outside the Ukraine with retribution in a weird, psychotic rambling dialog. I recall it said no one is safe because the Ukrainian patriots could get them, and it seemed to read a script meant to spread fear, instead of the disgust it actually spread. At the time, some speculated it was hinting about harm coming to Tucker Carlson for his remarks. It is a transvestite or trans - no one wanted to find out which.
