Kamala laughs at everything and to the point that it is frequently inappropriate. She can’t help herself. It is almost to the point of idiocy, her being so stupid that everything seems funny to her. There is way to hide this tendency but to keep her away from the public. Since that is impossible, she is being called joyful. Tell us she is full of joy and hide her in the basement.

In retrospect the Ryan Biden debate revealed the Swamp in all its glory. They had their little shared bits of chuckling at the act they were both putting on. All intended to celebrate how polite they were to the opposition and how their gentlemanly nature was all a part of how elites in Washington can always find a way to work together.
