I believe that these turboprops use a variable pitch blade type. If there is a failure in the mechanism that controls the pitch, very serious things can happen..... if that happens for one turboprop, there is a serious imbalance in thrust from one side to the other if one side is at a reverse blade angle and the other at a positive angle.
Not saying that happened and I’m not an aircraft engineer but the video of it spinning out of control looked that way.
