Christoforou notes that the EU is trying to intervene in US elections by threatening Elon Musk to censor Trump or else face their 'full toolbox' of responses.
He said the only tools in this whole story are in the EU. Regarding the conversation between Musk and Trump, Trump said he didn't like the EU and he thinks they are a bunch of freeloaders, they take our money, our stuff, won't let us trade with EU, and give us nothing. The EU is terrified of Trump - he's going to stop the money flowing to them.
Russia is bombing the Ukrainian forces in Kursk, they can't retreat. The Russians are using FAB bombs and artillary.
Putin has given Colonel-General Alexei Dyumin the responsibility for Russia's response to the Ukrainian raiders in Kursk.
In 2014, Dyumin coordinated the the successful operation in Crimea to defend it from Nuland's (CIA) advancing horde. Putin is giving Dyumin this responsibility as a test or experience as Dyumin is presently considered Putin's likely successor.
Putin held a low tech press conference - one guy with a camera panning the room. Putin said it's impossible to negotiate with Ukraine while they are attacking civilians, civilian infrastructure, or trying to create threats for nuclear industry facilities. "What is there even to talk about with them?"
Christoforou said he doesn't believe Putin is completely done with the idea of negotiations, but this is the closest Putin has come to that point.
Zelensky's meeting had much better production values - good lighting 3 -4 cameras etc. Zelensky said the operation in Kursk is a huge success, and that Ukrainians are controlling 1000sq Km.
Christoforou makes the point that the Ukrainian fighters in Kursk include small platoons running around Russia terrorizing citizens, they are out of control, not in control. Those are the ones who said were heard to speak Polish, French and English.
Richard Blumenthal, Lindsay Graham asked Putin for permission to visit the Ukraine. Putin agreed.
Christoforou said Lindsay was "talking all kinds of smack."
When asked to describe the operation in Kursk, Linday Graham responded: "Bold, brilliant, beautiful. Keep it up. Putin started this; kick his ass. Let these people fight. Give 'em weapons to win a war they can't afford to lose."
Christoforou notes it's always bad for the Ukrainians when Linsay Graham visits Ukraine - he's always there to push them to endure more punishment from the Russians.
Lindsay Graham also tried to help recruit F-16 pilots for the Ukraine. "If you're a retired F-16 pilot, and you're looking to fight for freedom, they will hire you here. They're gonna look throughout NATO nations for F-16 fighter pilots who are retired, to come help them, until they get their fighter pilots trained."
Christoforou described Lindsay's comments as pathetic, and an admission the Ukraine doesn't have pilots. Gragham promised Zelensky more money and weapons and that he will talk to Biden.
Christoforou said the "soldiers, let's call them mercenaries", have been firing on Russian citizens were heard to speak Polish, French and English. So Lindsay Graham showing up acting giddy and happy about the fighting in Kursk were dumb ideas. That's why Putin allowed Graham and Blumenthal to visit Ukraine - it helps Putin make the point the US was behind this operation.
Christoforou said the only person who said that Russia would overtake Kyiv in 3 days was Mark Milley - none of the Russians ever said it. So Milley said it and the MSM falsely attributed the statement to Putin or other Russian officials. It worked. In the Ukraine, Lindsay said the line at the meeting with Zelensky, praising Zelensky's leadership.
