I saw video in the first few days of what apparently was a squad of Americans. The three guys heard in the video sounded like US midwesterners to me. Uniformed as Ukes.
I thought I remembered that Russia and China had top pilots flying against the US during the Vietnam war? When we were bombing North Vietnam, etc.? Was that a myth or did we ever shoot down and capture such pilots?
It has been years and you still don’t know that like many nations Ukraine accepts foreign volunteers into its military as legal Ukrainian soldiers?
