I STRONGLY disagree with the conclusion. Progs and liberals rarely, if ever, change their beliefs. In fact I read political beliefs are partly genetic.

I have seen it over and over when lobs move in, love it, have plenty of time to get involved in local politics, and in a few years it is recreated in the s hole they left. AND THEY VOTE.

You are correct.
When I was young, California, Washington, and Oregon were conservative until the East Coast libs moved in and in a few generations took over.
Just look at how Virginia, Georgia and Arizona have switched.
And none will revert until they all hit rock bottom but by then the whole country is gone.
Yes, I’m a pessimistic but I’ve been correct, too!
