A large brawl last month has led to charges against several people, according to court documents reviewed by LevittownNow.com.
Officers were dispatched to the 9700 block of Lowell Drive in the Pennwood Crossing Mobile Home Park at 10:19 p.m. on Saturday, July 20 following reports of a large fight in progress.
The first two officers encountered a chaotic scene on the street as they pulled up. Police said one group of people was on the street while another group was near a residence.
Officers ordered those in the street to get on the ground and pushed back the other group, authorities said.
A man was found injured, with blood on his face and an eye injury. He reported being struck in the face with a bat and identified his alleged attackers.
Another individual reported being hit on the head with a bat by a 37-year-old Falls Township man.
During the altercation, several vehicles were damaged by rocks and baseball bats, police said.
Investigators said they recovered two baseball bats at the scene β an aluminum Louisville Slugger bat that appeared blood-stained and was swabbed for DNA, and a black aluminum MacGregor bat that showed no visible blood.
Court papers painted a chaotic scene with various accounts of the fight on the residential street.
Due to the developing nature of the situation, an ambulance responded and had to wait down the street until it was determined to be safe to pulled up to the scene, police said.
Several people were treated for injuries at the scene and at the hospital, police said.
The brawl involved multiple family members and acquaintances, police said.
An 18-year-old Levittown woman, a 24-year-old Falls Township woman, a 26-year-old Falls Township man, an 18-year-old Falls Township man, and a 19-year-old Falls Township man were charged with several misdemeanor charges, including simple assault and disorderly conduct. They were charged via summons.
Mo Cronin is happy.
This is a bad thread entry for McGregor.

What self respecting brawler uses an aluminum bat? That’s really rookie stuff.
What ever happened to the good old days when no brawler would even think of using anything other than a good hardwood bat? I remember the debates back in the day about when it’s best to use an ash or maple bat for cracking heads.
That's a raciss hate crime!
“Trailer Park Boys””.
Great show.

I guess my day was you picked up anything you could find on the ground to beat hell of out the guy in front of you and the guy next to him...rocks, bottles, trash can lids, and if you were lucky, a car. There is no marquess of queensberry in a street fight. This is why they normally took knives, guns, machetes, and a lot of friends to one. And while they were fighting, someone set their car or house on fire, killed their dog, robbed their house, and beat their family up. There was no second place.

Great advertising. Since the people with the McGregors were not hurt as the bat was clean, they will be flying off the shelves after this. Bat fighting will be the next olympic sport in four years. And there will be three designations of bats for basaeball, softball, and bash head. Fun for the entire family and in time they can add nails to them to raise the intensity. Truly a time to say, “Let’s get ready to rumble.”
