I hadn’t heard of Morris Syndrome, but I do know that DSD’s come in a bewildering variety of forms. They are what they are. But the point remains: the governing bodies of athletics need to be honest about what is going on. The vulva and vagina being reported can be a birth defect of
unformed/unclosed / unfinished male perineum
because of genetic, infection, medication, toxic exposure, etc. during pregnancy.
