The image of Kinzinger with his arm up looking like a goofball is blurry, but the tattoo on his arm doesn't appear to match the very clear image of the tattoo on the Grindr user's arm. There is a distinct shield with what is called a "Chief" under the star. The Chief is the box at the top of the shield, under the star. It may be due to the blurry image of Kinzinger's arm, but Kinzinger's tattoo doesn't appear to have the shield with the Chief on it. If it does, well, it may very well be him. It's hard to tell. That's why I said the tattoos do not appear to be a match. They may be, but without a clearer image of Kinzinger's tattoo, it's difficult to say.
I understand. To my eye they look the same.
Either way the guy has always struck me as being “off”.
