It's my personal conspiracy theory that people in positions of power knew the truth early on: That Covid wasn't much of a health threat absent advanced age or comorbidities and that the vax was useless and perhaps even dangerous.
In short, they didn't get vaxxed themselves.

C19 vaxxx is easily made expired by leaving boxes of vaxxx vials at room temps for a few to five days. The drek in there, in the vial, dies and dissolves.
