Five far left white women in their 30’s to 50’s who started off with the premise that “the NYS Legal system is inherently racist” thus the push for legislation to ban landlords from doing ANY and ALL screening of prospective tenants.

Criminal? no problem.
Abysmal credit score? no problem.
No income? no problem.
Serial evictee? no problem.
Past terrible rental history? no problem.

To deny any of the above is “discriminatory” and LawNY can come after you, the Landlord for 3X the damages if you dare do any screening of applicants.
