This proves that US citizen’s are no such thing they are subjects. While the actions may be reprehensible where does the USA have the charter or legal standing to prosecute for actions in a sovereign foreign nation. If the activity was illegal in the Czech Republic wouldn’t they extradite the person back and bring charges against them. Czech age of consent is low like most of the EU it’s not 18 for sure. Brothel sounds state licenced as most are in the EU. So is the USA holding him to what age of consent there is no Federal age in the USA it’s a state’s right’s issue 36 US state’s have age of consent below 18. He is a creeper but under what international law is the USA operating to charge someone for their actions outside US territory that’s the real question and it should matter to every freedom loving person as it shows how rouge the Gov has gotten.

Americans are owned as slaves and treated as such.

You make an interesting point I don’t think I agree with. He plead guilty to traveling for these purposes. I’m not sure such a law is unconstitutional.

Maybe he should also be extradited to stand trial as you suggest.

I did find it odd that Homeland Security was involved.

“ At 9:30 a.m. on November 17, 2021, Holmberg’s Grand Forks condominium was searched by two special agents from the federal Department of Homeland Security (Daniel Casetta and Timothy Litzinger) and Detective Jennifer Freeman from the Grand Forks Police Department. ”

Here's the law itself:
