Nothing in that video suggests a “massive HIMARS attack”. Burned vehicle is one thing, but no cratering, road is perfectly fine and none of the vehicle are blown apart...

I noticed that also. Not alot of debris. Cluster munitions would make the are off limits.

Why would cluster munitions make it off limits? This is an emergency military operation. A small proportion of dud cluster bombs are an acceptable risk for military movements.

And the Russian civilians are probably clueless. There was a civilian Russian video yesterday of a civilian vehicle moving over a couple of lines of mines laid across a road. And by a wrecked civvie car that had probably run across one earlier.
