I was waiting for that point. I think it is cute you think they will actually be able to control it. They won’t have a choice. Just like third worlds and Cuba, there will be so much mass noncompliance they will not be able to police it. “Registration” will become a thing of the past. There will be so much noncompliance they won’t even be able to get tow companies to waste the time, money, and storage space to come pick them all up at their own expense.
