This sounds like a political game. When Trump wins it becomes a controlled substance. Most will see it as Trump did it as it was done on his "watch"

If anything it goes to states. only 4 states with same rules as the feds now. DEA would love to liberalize as it cuts down their work, but screws with their asset forfeiture.
