Agreed, but with just a quibble: That was GHWB calling for a New World Order, not W. (following 911).
For some reason, I do not feel W. was in-on the high level features of the operation surrounding 911 including passage of the Patriot Act which has proven so harmful to our freedom.
I never trusted GHWB, and that was before I knew most of what I know now. It was just gut.
