I think it would be near impossible for the Congress to inact Amendment 14, section 3 to remove Trump once elected. Section 3 states, "But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disabilty". Two-thirds of each House means that both the House and the Senate would have to get a two-thirds vote to remove.
The Supreme Court has already ruled on March 4, 2024 that section 3 of Amendment 14 could not be used to remove President Trump from the Colorado presidential primary ballot without Congressional action. Even if by some unkown chance they do get the votes they need, it would be thrown back to the Supreme Court because of Colorado. Congressional action has already failed twice to impeach and remove President Trump. NCSWIC
Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
it would need a 2/3 vote to keep trump in office.
but every dem who has voted against the 2nd amendment is subject to being in rebellion of the constitution that they swore to uphold... get rid of them all.

You are such a Constitutionalist!😂 When did the Dems start embracing elections? Raskin said at the cost of civil war.🤔 I don't think they are considering SCOTUS - which they hate because it adheres to the Constitution.
You know the 'Rat Party went through this in 1861 - ended up firing on Fort Sumter... SCOTUS probably did not approve. They lost in 1865💥; now they have another chance to win and re-institute slavery - except this time you and I will be the slaves.🤷♂️
