What genitals they have is unclear.

It is XY with a defective Y. ARD-5 is my understanding.

Born looking cursorily like a girl, but at puberty shows manish traits. No breasts. Infertile. It’s a genetic defect.

Wait ‘till you see what we’re making with puberty blockers!
