Thanks for checking it out. I went back to reread it before responding to you and I would offer some modifications:

Store bought sauces- I stopped using Sweet Baby Rays because of the corn syrup, which tends to char easily. I now use Kinders or others w/o corn syrup.

Homemade Pomegranate Molasses — A lot of work for no discernible improvement in flavor vs. store bought. Unwrapping— I now unwrap the ribs in a large lasagna pan too capture the juice from the ribs. I add a third of a cup (or so) to the bar b que sauce to give it extra flavor. Lastly - Costco ribs usually offer the best quality vs value for all meats. Good luck with your experimenting.
