Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution establishes the qualifications for the office of President:
A person must be a natural born citizen or a citizen of the United States at the time the Constitution was adopted
A person must be at least 35 years old
A person must have been a resident of the United States for at least 14 years
You must be born to Citizen parents to ensure sole allegiance to the United States.
