Clinton fired all the US attorneys on day one. Biden and Obama ignored court rulings as they pleased. The intelligence community and FBI ignore oversight hearings and do as they please.

George W. Bush did that as well, and his AG Alberto Gonzalez was investigated by congress for basing the firings on partisanship. Bush backed down.
Republicans always back down. Democrats never back down, and get total support from the media.
