in our Trump shooting analysis we have
0:02
detailed video that just surfaced
0:03
showing dash cam of the Trump shooter
0:07
before he entered the property and we
0:09
are also going to look into what we
0:11
think is now a possible third shooter
0:14
that is involved in this 16-second time
0:17
window where all of the shooting melee
0:19
took place we also have new video of the
0:22
Secret Service Hercules 2 counter sniper
0:25
teams in action just minutes before the
0:28
shooting we’re also going to look
0:30
through the Beaver County Police initial
0:32
report to try to determine what went
0:35
wrong here is the dash cam video
0:37
reported to be the shooting suspect
0:39
clear as day and you’re just like yeah I
0:41
think we’re rolling the video right now
0:43
you can see him walking just as we as we
0:45
come up here and he’s just walking kind
0:47
of casually into the into the event and
0:50
then if we look up close it looks like
0:51
he’s walking right in front of the AGR
0:54
sign and up the hill okay so let’s take
0:56
a look at where that was in relation to
0:58
the rally remember the rally was taking
1:00
place here and so the witness was
1:03
driving right here with his car and the
1:06
shooter was seen right here walking
1:08
right in front of the AGR sign see so
1:11
yeah he was driving right up the road
1:13
here and here’s the brinkles Farms Green
1:14
Houses across the street just like we
1:16
saw in the video and he was walking
1:19
right by the AGR sign here now we don’t
1:24
know what time of day this was but it
1:26
must have been well in advance of the
1:28
rally starting because this witness here
1:31
had parked they ended up taking their
1:34
video and so the witness ended up being
1:37
way up here along the fence line along
1:39
with all of the other witnesses that got
1:41
that shaky video when they saw the
1:43
shooter up on the roof this same witness
1:46
is the same guy who shot that now famous
1:49
video with the photograph of the shooter
1:52
turning the gun towards the crowd now
1:55
just before he got shot by the sacred
1:58
service sniper the gunman’s face looking
2:01
directly at them and why this is
2:03
significant is because people are now
2:05
saying so I’m going to talk about this
2:08
shot number six that we think the police
2:10
officer shot at the shooter which caused
2:13
him just enough time to be distracted
2:16
and look up at the crowd until the
2:18
Secret Service sniper was able to take
2:20
him out so here’s something I bet you
2:21
didn’t know Dave Stewart the guy that
2:23
now shot that famous video of the cops
2:25
that were searching for the shooter and
2:27
trying to engage him just before the
2:29
shoo broke
2:31
out now we’ve also solved the mystery of
2:33
who that guy was running across the
2:35
grass there with his red shirt on him a
2:37
lot of people had brought that up in
2:39
video saying oh he must be in on it he
2:40
must know something cuz he’s running to
2:42
safety well of course he was because
2:44
he’s identified himself and is actually
2:46
Dave Dave Stewart the guy that shot that
2:48
now famous video that I showed you the
2:50
other night of him in that being engaged
2:52
by all the police down at the bottom of
2:54
the parking
2:56
lot make yourself small bro I don’t know
2:58
what’s going on
3:01
[Music]
3:06
and so he was running behind the tree
3:08
because he knew that the cops were right
3:10
on top of this guy and looking for him
3:12
and that red shirt is likely to be the
3:15
shirt that they wear at Sheets now Dave
3:17
has said in one of his other videos that
3:19
he’s an employee of the sheets
3:20
convenience store which I believe is the
3:22
one a couple of blocks away and so he
3:24
had come over there to just you know
3:27
video the whole event so here’s the Crux
3:29
of it because earlier in the week The
3:30
Washington Post had posted this story
3:33
and it said that Richard goldinger up
3:35
here he’s the district attorney for
3:36
Butler County confirmed that a member of
3:39
the County’s Emergency Services Unit
3:41
similar to a SWAT team fired a shot at
3:43
Crooks that prompted a reaction from the
3:46
gunman it says he believed the officer
3:49
shot caused Crooks to stop firing his
3:52
weapon buying the Secret Service snipers
3:55
time to kill the gunman which they
3:56
pretty much did about 10 seconds later
4:00
and another person familiar with the
4:02
investigation confirmed that the butler
4:05
officer shot at Crooks before the secret
4:08
service counter sniper fired so do you
4:11
see how this fills in the blanks for us
4:12
because I had from the beginning was
4:14
kind of thinking this sounds like the
4:17
Secret Service I thought Secret Service
4:18
had fired Two Shots because that shot
4:21
from the officer sounds suppressed as
4:24
well so I knew that ninth shot could not
4:27
have been from the shooter cuz it didn’t
4:29
that one definitely didn’t sound the
4:31
same it was a suppressed round so I made
4:34
this slide here because we want to take
4:35
a look at this visually to see exactly
4:38
what is happening so I made these color
4:40
zones here for you to make it easier to
4:42
see visually what is happening the first
4:45
three shots here are the bad guy and
4:48
then a few seconds later he does this
4:50
second burst of five shots here so
4:52
that’s shots four through eight as I
4:54
have it labeled here the next shot which
4:57
is almost immediately after it that a
4:58
lot of people didn’t know happened like
5:00
for example here on this earlier TMZ
5:02
video cuz it was lost in the mix of um
5:05
like the ladies screaming and everything
5:08
but it was there and that is the one
5:10
that we are saying now came from the ESU
5:12
SWAT team he has a local cop positioned
5:15
over by the tent where Trump was first
5:19
walking out as I am showing you and then
5:22
about 10 seconds after the final shot
5:25
here is when the Secret Service Hercules
5:27
1 counter sniper came in and fire that
5:30
one neutralizing shot that took down the
5:33
shooter the bad guy now check this out
5:36
this is about 30 minutes or so before
5:38
the shooting and then this piece of
5:40
video here was shot at about 540 and so
5:43
it shows the Secret Service Hercules
5:46
sniper team there on top of the red barn
5:49
and they look pretty casual they don’t
5:52
seem to be too concerned about anybody
5:54
at this point in time and as he checks
5:56
in onto them a few minutes later they’re
5:58
just you know casually checking things
6:00
out through their binoculars checking
6:02
out different parts of the
6:04
area looking for suspicious people so
6:08
again they don’t look so alarmed and
6:10
there’s the there’s the local Police
6:12
SWAT team right
6:14
there and several minutes later it’s now
6:17
probably about 5:56 p.m. about 15 or so
6:21
minutes before the shooting and the
6:23
Secret Service snipers are just kind of
6:25
casually checking out the area but now
6:26
they’re looking towards the crowd now
6:30
look at this scene here as the Hercules
6:31
2 team is just checking out the crowd
6:33
with their binoculars and then right
6:35
down below them you’re going to see a
6:37
whole bunch of the Butler County
6:40
officers there right by that tent and
6:41
one of those officers is likely the one
6:45
with his long rifle that shot at the
6:47
shooter and made that shot number nine
6:50
that caused the shooter to stop what he
6:52
was doing and point his gun at the crowd
6:55
next to him that were yelling he’s on
6:56
the roof yeah look there he is
7:00
because we have millions and millions
7:02
people in our country that shouldn’t be
7:06
here we have people right here right on
7:09
the
7:12
roof and then of course 30 seconds later
7:14
the shooting
7:17
starts get over
7:21
here over
7:24
here okay so I’m going to start the
7:27
T get over here
7:32
Ro get over
7:34
here Ro get over
7:39
here secret service will be he’s turning
7:42
this way be careful
7:45
guys so that was very clear so what was
7:49
not so clear then was you could barely
7:52
hear it a little little bit here the
7:54
shot that was fired by the SWAT officer
7:57
but it it just wasn’t all that clear
7:59
there because there was so much going on
8:01
because there was so much going on there
8:02
and that lady who kept yelling Russ Russ
8:04
Russ man do I feel bad for Russ we’re
8:07
going to mute the TMZ down below and now
8:10
we’re going to play the one from Dave
8:12
Stewart’s video over here
8:19
[Applause]
8:22
[Music]
8:32
secret service will be right here their
8:33
shots coming
8:36
up very crystal clear now did you notice
8:40
something in the audio there that was
8:42
different about Dave Stewart’s video
8:44
than all of the others he has the
8:46
distinction of being probably closer to
8:49
the shooter than anybody who we have a
8:51
witness video from so far in fact he was
8:54
probably maybe 100t at most away from
8:57
him but the bullets whizzed right over
8:59
his his head because Dave was hiding
9:01
behind the tree when the shooting broke
9:08
[Applause]
9:15
out the first thing I noticed about
9:18
David’s video is that his audio was
9:20
crystal clear on all of the shots and
9:22
the shooter’s first three shots sounded
9:26
exactly like the second five shots and I
9:30
had explained to you folks before one
9:31
possible reason was because all of these
9:33
other people were running and their
9:35
cameras were changing direction and
9:36
they’re all going like this and
9:38
everything but so that’s why I said well
9:40
the first three shots could sound
9:41
different than the second five shots but
9:45
Dave Stewart’s video here shows it very
9:47
clearly to me they sound exactly the
9:51
same and not only is it so clear you can
9:54
actually very crisply and distinctly
9:57
hear the police office officer fire that
10:00
shot at the shooter which actually
10:02
stopped the shooter it didn’t hit him
10:04
but it got his attention he was like
10:06
whoa what’s what’s going on and then he
10:07
made the mistake of turning his gun
10:10
towards the crowd now like this and as
10:12
soon as he did that that’s when the
10:14
Secret Service Hercules one sniper
10:17
team got him right in the head and took
10:19
him down
10:21
instantly okay so what I wanted to do a
10:23
step through this report some of you may
10:25
have seen this this was released about a
10:26
week ago this is the Beaver County SWAT
10:29
teams sort of after action so they’re
10:31
they’re sort of doing a postmortem here
10:33
as to what happened and so this was the
10:35
materials provided by the butler command
10:38
so it’s showing all of the different
10:40
police snipers where they were supposed
10:41
to be here’s your Hercules snipers on
10:43
top of the two red barns now a lot of
10:45
people did not know because it wasn’t
10:48
really advertised and they didn’t
10:49
receive much press about it there was
10:51
two other teams over here the Washington
10:54
County had their SWAT team positioned in
10:56
this building and then Butler ESU we had
10:59
more guys in this building here as well
11:02
and um they had Hazmat here just in case
11:05
some kind of gas might have been
11:06
released and they had more County Police
11:09
over here Butler County and as we’re
11:11
going to show you in a bit they had um
11:14
you let’s see Dave Stewart’s video
11:16
showed a bunch of police and SWAT guys
11:18
gathered around right here here’s the
11:21
scene As Trump was walking out on the
11:22
catwalk and so this was more materials
11:25
provided by the the butler command and
11:27
they basically broke this area up into
11:29
seven different zones here and this is
11:32
the crowd sector right here is sector
11:35
one sector 2 seems to be this is the
11:37
highest protected area because this is
11:39
the barns right here and the all the
11:42
white tents that were set up in a row
11:44
were right along here and this is where
11:48
Trump was waiting in the sort of the
11:49
waiting area before they brought him out
11:51
on the stage here came into this area
11:54
and it’s interesting to note here that
11:56
that of course the AGR building isn’t
11:58
even in their radar and that aligns with
12:01
what the Secret Service had said at the
12:05
previous Congressional meetings last
12:06
week was that that was outside of their
12:09
their area that they were focused on
12:11
this as being their secure area and they
12:13
left this area up here to local law
12:16
enforcement okay so then they have the
12:18
timeline and it basically just shows
12:19
when all the police have to be there
12:21
when the snipers were to be in place on
12:23
the timeline here it shows the suspect
12:26
was first observed at 1710 he walked by
12:30
a window and he probably had walked by
12:33
one of these windows where they had they
12:36
had a sniper here looking out one of
12:38
these with his rifle and they had
12:40
another sniper here looking out that
12:43
window with his rifle and they had
12:44
another one I believe it was
12:47
here and so he caught somebody’s
12:49
attention because there weren’t supposed
12:51
to be that many people in this area at
12:53
all and so they likely saw him and go
12:56
who’s this guy what’s he doing here
13:03
time that he was actually spotted at 426
13:07
p.m. when one of the officers got off
13:10
his shift had ended and he was out in
13:12
that packed parking lot and spotted the
13:15
shooter there and he even provided a
13:18
photograph at least I think it came from
13:20
him this is what was provided by the
13:22
police later on and on this Photograph
13:25
here the officer has the picnic table
13:28
circled and red and the door that he
13:31
came out of the building when he got off
13:32
of shift is in
13:35
purple so of course at 714 they took
13:38
that famous picture of the suspect at
13:41
1728 they took the picture of the bike
13:44
by the tree there with the backpack now
13:47
it’s important to point out here folks I
13:49
still don’t know whether that was his
13:51
bike and his backpack or not it was
13:54
suspicious so they took a picture of it
13:56
and everybody seems to be joining the
13:58
two and somehow thinking it’s his
14:01
property and even up on the roof
14:02
afterwards you could hear some of the
14:03
cops talking about yeah we have a bike
14:05
over here too that doesn’t 100% point to
14:09
the fact that it was his bike especially
14:11
since the police says he bought his car
14:14
now he could have bought his car and the
14:15
bike we simply don’t know but don’t rely
14:19
100% And hinge everything going forward
14:22
on the fact that you think that that
14:24
bike is his because we still don’t know
14:27
then of course at 1732 he was spotted
14:29
looking at his phone checking out news
14:31
feeds and Rangefinder and it was
14:33
confirmed through monoculars and then
14:36
here at 1734 you could see that’s when
14:38
the sniper um texts the butler team he
14:41
sent out that group text here at
14:44
1738 about the subject and then at 1740
14:48
the response text was to call into
14:51
command and then at 1741 it was called
14:54
into command by it doesn’t say who about
14:57
the suspect and then the forer ER 2 to
15:00
the command he says communicated
15:02
description and Rangefinder lurking
15:04
around the AGR building at 1745 the text
15:08
was sent to the ESU group command about
15:11
the subject and relay to command at 1749
15:15
the communication to doesn’t say who
15:18
regarding the suspect in pictures 1755
15:22
now remember this is 15 minutes
15:24
approximately before the shooting at
15:25
this point somebody there acknowledges
15:28
receipt and passing it on to command
15:31
then at
15:33
1759 this is 5:59 p.m. somebody sent to
15:37
somebody uh they sent a command asking
15:39
for direction of travel so at this point
15:42
they’ve lost sight of him they don’t
15:43
know where he is at 6:00 somebody is
15:46
asking for direction of travel again
15:49
unsure of the direction of the travel so
15:50
they’re still looking for him at 1805
15:53
suspect at picnic tables and moving in
15:56
the direction of sheets he has a
15:59
backpack this right here is at 6:05 p.m.
16:02
see so it says approximate suspect at
16:06
picnic tables and moving in the
16:07
direction of sheets he has a backpack
16:09
and that was communicated by radio and
16:12
then of course the that’s misspelled
16:14
here but it says the butler sniper
16:15
stayed in place at the original position
16:17
now let me show you what they’re talking
16:18
about sheets there is a picnic table
16:20
somewhere here I’ve showed it to you on
16:21
previous videos so was he seen there and
16:24
then went in the direction of sheets or
16:27
was he on the picnic tables that are
16:28
over over here and went in the direction
16:30
of sheets if you back up from this whole
16:33
AGR complex this is the sheets over here
16:36
it’s a convenience store okay so it
16:39
looks pretty big it looks like one of
16:40
those giant WWA convenience stores and
16:43
probably very similar to one of my
16:45
favorite convenience stores out of Texas
16:47
bies and man if you’ve never been to a
16:50
bies you’d better get to one cuz they
16:52
are pretty cool a convenience store the
16:54
size of Costco all right so we don’t
16:57
know if he actually went to Sheets he
16:58
probably didn’t cuz he’s only got about
17:00
3 minutes my guess is if they saw him at
17:03
this picnic tables over here and he went
17:07
this way toward sheets he was probably
17:09
just walking around the building to come
17:12
back around here to get onto the shed
17:16
over here that I showed you in the video
17:17
the other night step onto the AC step
17:20
onto the shed you’re on the roof and
17:23
then the video captures him running like
17:25
this around over to his final position
17:28
or
17:29
it captured him getting on the roof here
17:31
and he took this little section here
17:34
over to this white roof and then was
17:36
running across the roof here and then
17:38
over to here so we’re still unsure of
17:41
the path the third possibility is that
17:43
he hopped on this air conditioner here
17:45
shimmed up the the horizontal rungs that
17:47
are on the side of the building there
17:49
and then ran across this part of the
17:51
roof as we had seen in that now famous
17:53
video this week so your guess is as good
17:55
as anyone’s so at 1806 then as when they
17:59
said so and so goes downstairs this was
18:01
probably officer Greg nickoll as we know
18:03
by now went downstairs of building one
18:05
to meet Patrol to let them know the
18:07
suspect is around the building on the
18:09
side of the fairgrounds so that’s when
18:11
we saw that marked and unmarked vehicle
18:13
pulling together on the video from Dave
18:16
Stewart that I showed you the other day
18:18
where he captured on film the cops at
18:20
the bottom of the building looking for
18:21
him so then it says 1812 shots fired I
18:23
believe they were actually fired at at
18:26
1811 now I understand this is likely a
18:29
very preliminary report that the county
18:32
had done early on in this investigation
18:34
so it may not have all of the facts and
18:36
they haven’t interviewed everybody yet
18:38
but what I was wondering is why didn’t
18:40
their timeline mention the two cops that
18:43
hoisted each other up to the building
18:45
there with the One Cop hoisted one up
18:47
and he led up over the roof and saw the
18:49
shooter and the shoter pointed the gun
18:51
at him that was certainly an important
18:53
enough event to put that in this
18:55
timeline I don’t know why it wasn’t
18:56
there and I still want to see the body
19:00
cam from those two officers okay unknown
19:03
time shoot her down
19:05
1823 here it says these two guys climb
19:10
the Black Tactical ladder to the left of
19:12
building three door access to roof so
19:17
these guys get up on the roof and then 2
19:19
minutes later he’s pronounced dead by
19:21
I’m going to assume this was Michelle
19:23
because as we saw in one of the other
19:25
videos of the body cams you could see uh
19:28
the officer kept referring to Michelle
19:31
as the pyramed lady there in front of
19:33
him
19:38
Michelle and by the way we’ve heard
19:41
reports that she is married to officer
19:44
Greg nickoll the one who sent out the
19:46
picture of the shooter so the DOA photo
19:49
was sent by Bo boom whoever took the
19:51
picture they was sent to two different
19:53
entities then in 1835 sends confirmation
19:56
picture to command to confirm dead
19:59
1846 from Washington County ESU passs a
20:03
suspect down and finds the cell phone
20:06
device that’s when they found like the
20:08
the transmitter and all that and I think
20:11
that’s when they found the bloody
20:12
receipt from homeo showing that he
20:13
bought the 5 foot ladder they found his
20:15
cell phone and the remote they were
20:17
found in his right pocket and the device
20:19
in face was sent by so and so but we
20:22
don’t know where so then they did a
20:23
facial recognition photo on them as well
20:25
now uh moving on here as we look at the
20:29
the whole scene a closer look see
20:32
there’s where the crowd control fence
20:33
was now here the sniper uh which I
20:36
believe would have been Greg nickel if
20:38
he was right here in this position this
20:40
was their supposed line of sight because
20:43
remember they’re back in that window
20:44
he’s probably 3 ft back from the window
20:46
screens are on they were told to remain
20:50
in stealth mode so that they couldn’t be
20:52
seen okay and so the other Butler County
20:56
sniper would have been in this other
20:57
window but but there’s confusion until
21:00
we hear an official interview with these
21:02
guys about which rooms they were in that
21:04
they were supposedly going from window
21:06
to window to follow this guy and track
21:08
him around see here’s the ESU uh
21:10
building and of course my initial
21:12
thought was correct from last week when
21:15
I said that this was the wall here
21:17
because there was another retaining wall
21:19
over here this was the wall where he was
21:20
spotted and photographed by the sniper
21:23
up on the window because he was right
21:24
below his window at 1710 see there’s the
21:27
time stamp up there and then of course
21:29
there’s the two pictures that were taken
21:31
of him there’s the photo of the bike and
21:33
the bike pack and we still don’t know
21:35
whether that’s his the shooter’s bike or
21:38
not and when you look at overall
21:40
everything at 1732 see there’s where the
21:42
bike and the bike pack were in relation
21:44
to everything else and we showed you
21:46
that the other day on that video from
21:48
Spa guy if you remember he had that
21:50
drone video the Drone flew up here
21:53
showed us where the the bike was showed
21:55
us the picnic table here and then flew
21:58
over here to show us the shed that the
22:00
guy likely climbed up and then showed us
22:02
the path along the roof here where he
22:05
could have gone to the final that’s
22:07
where the shooter ended up at right
22:08
there on building one okay and so right
22:11
here at at 6:05 p.m. this is as it turns
22:16
out picnic table where the suspect was
22:18
noted and so he was likely noted by
22:20
somebody peeking out this window that
22:22
would be my guess and he was the
22:25
direction of the travel was this way and
22:27
so he maybe gone went this way maybe he
22:31
went and went to go get his backpack out
22:34
of the car we simply don’t know this
22:36
does not look like the backpack that was
22:38
on the roof so this is why I don’t think
22:40
that any of this had anything to do with
22:43
the shooter so now between 1806 and
22:46
18011 there was uniform Patrol people
22:49
over here and then the unmarked and the
22:51
marked cars were over here and they
22:53
started to drive in to come down here
22:55
and then at what they called 1812 is
22:58
when the shots rang out and the suspect
23:00
was right here and then this is that
23:02
chain link fence along which Dave
23:04
Stewart was at he was so Dave Stewart
23:06
was pretty much filming along this area
23:08
here make sure you check out these other
23:10

In our Trump shooting analysis, we have detailed video that just surfaced showing dash cam footage of the Trump shooter before he entered the property. We are also going to look into what we think is now a possible third shooter involved in this 16-second time window where all of the shooting melee took place.
We also have new video of the Secret Service Hercules 2 counter sniper teams in action just minutes before the shooting. We’re also going to look through the Beaver County Police initial report to try to determine what went wrong.
Here is the dash cam video reported to be the shooting suspect, clear as day. As we roll the video, you can see him walking casually into the event. Up close, it looks like he’s walking right in front of the AGR sign and up the hill.
Let’s take a look at where that was in relation to the rally. The rally was taking place here, and the witness was driving right here with his car. The shooter was seen right here walking in front of the AGR sign. The Brinkles Farms Greenhouses are across the street, just like we saw in the video, and he was walking right by the AGR sign.
We don’t know what time of day this was, but it must have been well in advance of the rally starting because this witness had parked, taken their video, and ended up way up here along the fence line. Along with other witnesses, they got that shaky video when they saw the shooter up on the roof. This same witness is the one who shot that now famous video with the photograph of the shooter turning the gun towards the crowd just before he got shot by the Secret Service sniper.
The gunman’s face looked directly at them, which is significant because people are now saying, so I’m going to talk about this shot number six that we think the police officer shot at the shooter. This shot caused him just enough distraction to look up at the crowd until the Secret Service sniper was able to take him out.
Here’s something I bet you didn’t know: Dave Stewart, the guy who shot that famous video of the cops searching for the shooter, is the same person running across the grass in a red shirt. Many thought he must be in on it or know something because he was running to safety. However, he identified himself and is actually Dave Stewart, the guy who shot that now famous video of the police engaging the shooter at the bottom of the parking lot.
Make yourself small, bro; I don’t know what’s going on.
So he was running behind the tree because he knew the cops were right on top of this guy. Dave has said in another video that he’s an employee of the Sheets convenience store, which is a couple of blocks away. He had come over to video the whole event.
Here’s the crux of it: earlier in the week, The Washington Post posted a story saying that Richard Goldinger, the district attorney for Butler County, confirmed that a member of the County’s Emergency Services Unit (similar to a SWAT team) fired a shot at Crooks that prompted a reaction from the gunman. This officer’s shot caused Crooks to stop firing his weapon, buying the Secret Service snipers time to kill the gunman about 10 seconds later.
Another person familiar with the investigation confirmed that the Butler officer shot at Crooks before the Secret Service counter sniper fired. This fills in the blanks for us because I initially thought the Secret Service had fired two shots. The officer’s shot was suppressed, so it didn’t sound the same as the others.
I made a slide to visualize what is happening. The first three shots are from the bad guy, followed by a second burst of five shots. The next shot, almost immediately after, came from the ESU SWAT team. The Secret Service Hercules 1 counter sniper fired the final neutralizing shot about 10 seconds later, taking down the shooter.
This video shows the Secret Service Hercules sniper team on top of the red barn about 30 minutes before the shooting. They seem casual, not overly concerned. Several minutes later, around 5:56 p.m., about 15 minutes before the shooting, they are looking towards the crowd. The Butler County officers are by the tent, one of whom likely made the shot that caused the shooter to stop and point his gun at the crowd.
We have millions of people in our country who shouldn’t be here. We have people right here, right on the roof. Thirty seconds later, the shooting starts.
Get over here!
Secret Service will be here, be careful.
What wasn’t clear was the shot fired by the SWAT officer amid all the chaos. We’re going to mute the TMZ video and play Dave Stewart’s video.
The shots are very clear in Dave Stewart’s video, which shows he was likely closer to the shooter than any other witness. The bullets whizzed right over his head as he hid behind the tree.
Dave Stewart’s audio was crystal clear on all the shots. The shooter’s first three shots sounded exactly like the second five shots. Stewart’s video confirms the shots sounded the same, and the police officer’s shot got the shooter’s attention, leading to the Secret Service sniper taking him down.
This report, released about a week ago, is from the Beaver County SWAT teams’ postmortem. The Butler command provided materials showing police snipers’ positions. The Washington County SWAT team was positioned in another building, with Hazmat and more County Police on standby.
The timeline shows the suspect was first observed at 1710, walking by a window. The officer who spotted him provided a photograph with the picnic table circled in red and the door he exited circled in purple.
At 1732, they took a picture of a bike by a tree with a backpack. It’s still unclear if it was his bike. The police later confirmed the bike wasn’t his. The timeline shows the suspect looking at his phone and a sniper texting the Butler team about the subject.
At 6:00, they lost sight of the suspect and were unsure of his direction. By 1805, he was seen at picnic tables moving toward Sheets with a backpack. The suspect was at picnic tables noted by someone peeking out a window, moving in the direction of Sheets.
Between 1806 and 1811, uniformed patrol cars started moving in. At 1812, shots rang out. Dave Stewart filmed from along the chain link fence.
