It also tells Putin he can take more foreign political prisoners and hold them until Biden-Harris makes him a deal.

Well Harris knows Russia is a big country which invaded a smaller country...the Ukraine which is bad so there is that.

I don’t know that this story is on any average person’s radar. These aren’t the yellow ribbon days of 1980. But assuming Putin did it to help Harris, if a comrade can’t help another comrade, whom can he help?
And this deal deals with the passage of time. And the detainees had a passage of time deal that continued until yesterday. And today we can have the hope that the passage of time that happened will have deals that continue until tomorrow because today was tomorrow yesterday after the passage of time.
