Everything being proposed is about monopolizing industries, to control them. They own the lithium. They want to own the powerplants by shifting away from coal to nuclear or solar, that they happen to own.

It’s the Tower of Babel redux.

As long as I can still get Sriracha, I’m OK.

I could see the feds mandating it as a food additive. If it was added to fast food, hot dogs and sausage no one would probably notice. Kind of like a 10% ethanol mandate.

Something to look forward to I guess.

If I’m not mistaken, certain insects are already a part of the common diet, in that part of the world.
It’s a matter of poor societies doing what they needed to do for survival. It had nothing to do with ‘saving the earth’.

The UN? You gotta be sheddin’ me. Third world fascist piggies are going to tell Americans what they can and can’t eat. That’s why we’ve got the Second Amendment. The best way to work things out with old, obsolete Cold War dinosaurs when they get froggy.

Big Macs made from scorpions, fleas and centipedes with special cicada sauce just doesn’t sound like something I’d put in my mouth.

The problem: this emphasis on insect based proteins could end up endangering insects of certain types for all the wrong reasons. Even in southern Mexico and central Japan where eating insects are common, insects as a protein source is only a small portion of their protein diet.

Cameltoe and Pedo Joe have recruited 18 million starving, illegal aliens to expand their so-called Banana Boater Voter base. Once they start eating all our insects in Amerika, what the hell is that going to do to Algore’s “ecosystem”? Birds, frogs, lizards, horny toads will be dropping like flies from the food shortages in their ecosystem.
