No need to be paranoid. Although, guilt and shame can lead to depression, anxiety, and paranoia, guilt can also ‘nudge’ us to better behavior.

2. Actually, despite the “propaganda” it is well known I do not consume drink alcoholic beverages... no judgement just to each his/her own.
