Communism is deposed not by ballots, but by total economic breakdown. A form of Communism can prevail, but they are forced to adopt a recognition of individual initiative, reintroduce the profit motive, and act as if capitalism can work. China has adopted this approach, North Korea has not.
Venezuela, so far, more nearly resembles North Korea than China.
Not with their rigged voting machines. Otherwise, Maduro would be out on his can.
