Foreign teams can have paid professional players on the their team. Some of them play in NBA and maybe G league.
Great PAID (nil) college players don’t want to risk lucrative contracts through injury. Even the pros don’t want to risk injury...so even the players don’t care. And the games are just exhibitions..
