It has occurred to me more than once that she really DID live up to her final words, when she rebuked the cop in the name of Jesus. His actions right afterward (especially the comment about ‘not wasting’ any of his first aid equipment), made any sympathy or understanding I had for him pretty much wither away.

agencies need to remove these psychos instead of allowing them transfer to other agencies, because eventually they do this.
Ideally, yes. Unfortunately every agency in the USA is afraid of being sued. It’s easier to say “No, we would not rehire him” than to take a chance on getting sued.
Worked for six agencies in four years, had two DUIs and was given a general discharge from the Army. How do they even hire a man with that record?

Not at all. But this young mom didn’t deserve what she got either. Two murders.
Youtube channels such as Lackluster and Audit the Audit show that police misconduct is frequent and happens all across the US. “Back the Blue till it happens to you.”
But you had to throw it in there as a “tit for tat” for some subconscious reason... There wasn’t even a logical rational related reason why...

I have only seen the blurry version of the incident, so I cannot say exactly what happened leading up to the shooting.
Scalding hot water certainly can inflict grievous bodily harm, but I can’t tell what Ms. Massey was doing with it.
If he shot her straight in the head at close range, she was beyond the help of bandages.
He’s still probably an incompetent a-hole, but I don’t know.
