It’s been days. This is the 1st time they counted 8 on a video that I have seen.

Eight makes sense. Obviously this is a later video that the first people who counted 5. Hopefully, the shells match the weapon. If they do, then the rest appears to be potentially just gross incompetence.

That is except:
1) the stand down order to the counter sniper
2) the encrypted messages from the white house to the SS head
3) the visitor who worked in DC.
4) the encrypted bank accounts of the shooter.
5) The gunfire on the acoustics appears to be a different distance with shooter, and different weapon.

Same video. The first cursory glance and noting of just 5 is at 6:43 when they are told to look out for them.
